The Coastal Bend Pride Center’s clothing closet is an initiative to provide clothing to local LGBTQIA+ persons in need. Additionally, it is an opportunity to give those identifying as transgender, genderfluid, gender non-conforming, and nonbinary access to a variety of clothes that can help them with transitioning, easing dysphoria, and accessing clothing they cannot or do not feel comfortable buying in public.
Donations are welcomed and can include gently used clothing, shoes, and purses. Clothing must be clean and if previously worn, washed and in good repair.
Donations of makeup and undergarments are accepted but must be new due to the nature of the items.

The Coastal Bend Pride Center invites you to the Rainbow Rodeo, an LGBTQ+ country dance night at the Ranch Dancehall! Grab your boots, dancing partner, and wear your best country outfit! Whether you are a Rhinestone Cowboy, Renaissance Diva, Dolly Parton Impersonator, Genderbending Fashion Icon, or just want to wear jeans and a t-shirt, all are welcome to come have fun with us! Music will range from country dance classics to today’s pop hits. There’s just a $5 cover charge, ages 18+ welcome. Save the date and we hope you can join us on Sep 25th at the Ranch Dancehall starting at 8pm for an exciting LGBTQ+ dance night!
General Admission tickets to the Gayla are currently available for everyone! All general admission ticket holders will be invited to a pre-reception in the Omni Foyer at 6:30pm for cocktails and will be provided dinner at 7:30pm. Be sure to get your tickets before ticket sales close on October 11! 🕺💃 We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the second annual Gayla, a festive evening of celebration and support for the LGBTQ+ community. This signature event will take place at the Omni Hotel in downtown Corpus Christi on Friday, October 18, 2024, from 7 PM to 10 PM. This year’s theme will be a 70s Disco Party!!
All attendees will be provided a plated dinner provided by the Omni Hotel. There will be a silent auction, 360 photo booth, cash bars (21+ only), special guest performers, and of course a dance floor so we can get out there and have fun dancing to some groovy disco music!!!
✨ Plus, join us for an inspiring introduction to our 2024 scholarship recipients!
Sponsorship Opportunities: This year, we are seeking community partners to join us in making a substantial impact through sponsorships ranging from $500 to $10,000. Your support will directly fund the Coastal Bend Pride Center’s scholarship program, designed to assist LGBTQ+ students in their pursuit of higher education.
